Glowcept Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Glowcept. Below you will find all information about our shipping methods, delivery times, tracking, and lost parcels. If you have any questions, you can always contact us at support@glowcept.com.


Order Processing Times

Order Cutoff Time:
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (UK Time) are processed the same day.

Order Handling Time:
0–2 business days (Monday–Satuday)

During busy periods or promotions, handling times may be slightly longer. We will always do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.


Delivery Times

Glowcept ships worldwide. The vaerage delivery time is 2-10 business days.

These are estimated timeframes. Delays due to customs processing, high shipping volume, or courier issues are outside of our control, but we always monitor shipments closely and assist you where needed.


Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted delivery partners such as Royal Mail, Evri, USPS, Canada Post, Australia Post, and their international counterparts.
Carrier selection depends on your location and the warehouse your order is shipped from.

All orders include free standard shipping.


Order Confirmation Email

After placing your order, you will receive an email with:

  • your order number

  • a summary of your purchase

  • a link to track your order once it ships

A second email will follow when your order is dispatched, including your tracking number.


Tracking Your Order

You can track your package at any time using your tracking link, or via our dedicated tracking page:

Please allow 2–5 business days after receiving your tracking number for the status to update, as the parcel moves through international systems.


Lost, Delayed or Missing Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbours, reception, or your local parcel shop.

  2. Wait 24 hours: carriers sometimes scan early.

  3. Contact the carrier directly for clarification.

  4. Email us at support@glowcept.com so we can help you investigate.

If a shipment is lost in transit, Glowcept will work with your carrier to resolve the issue. You will never be left without support.


Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Glowcept is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If your parcel is returned to us, we will reship your order free of charge
