Timeframe: You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return, even if you've used the product.
Condition: To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original condition. This means the item should be as it was delivered and must include its original packaging.

Step 2: Provide your order number and briefly explain why you're returning the product or share how we can improve.
Step 3: We will respond within 12 hours with all of the return instructions and to assist you further.
Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
• The return is due to an error on our part, or
• The product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
Defective/Wrong Item: If the product is defective or incorrect, we will cover the cost of a replacement and dispatch it as quickly as possible.
Note: Shipping delays caused by customs clearance (which are beyond our control) are not valid reasons for a return.
Reporting: Please contact support within 14 days of receiving your product if you need to report a defect or incorrect item.
Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of our decision.
Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Bank Processing: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Option: If you wish to exchange your product for a different size or model, please indicate this when initiating your return.
Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Exclusions: Liquid and hygiene items such as serums or spray bottles that have been opened and used are ineligible for returns.
Immediate Action: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team immediately.
Verification: To help us verify the issue and expedite your claim, please include clear photos or a video showing the damage or defect.
Next Steps: We will provide instructions on how to return the product and arrange for a replacement or refund.
Time Limit: Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
